Have used our own system with Meet Manager software for the last 3 years

I said no, but we tried. Every time we tried to do something, there was a problem. After a few attempts, we just gave up because we did not want to have to do everything twice.

It was a bit frustrating for the coach in the beginning, but Steve Gibson was very helpful in resolving issues. Overall, it was very helpful and we'll use it again.

KUDOS!!!!!!! So much better than hand-written. Time saver for the coaches and the volunteers! The other team participating makes no difference.

[We] tried to use the system once but we were unable to overcome technical difficulties. We did not try to use after this first time.

Looked at OSMO but did not seem to offer significant advantage over our current system.

Not a mature product.

Our club has a password and explored the product. We did not submit entries using OSMO. We did participate in a meet in which the host used the product and our feedback is positive. Automation of entries is a positive and we are not as positive about Hy-tek.

Overall, the system was good. Had a few glitches which was to be expected.

Tried to but it never got up and running and lost interest. We had sent in information to be able to use it.

We liked it!

We used it and liked it very much. Maybe TSA can look into arranging a volume discount with the vendor for next season.
